Terms of Use
1. THE BOOKING CONTRACT
Your booking is confirmed and a contract exists when the Tour Operator or your travel agent issues a written confirmation after receipt of the applicable deposit amount. Please check your confirmation carefully and report any incorrect or incomplete information immediately. Names must be exactly as stated in the relevant passport.
You must be at least 18 years of age to make a booking. You agree to provide full, complete and accurate information to the Tour Operator.
2. BOOKING ON BEHALF OF OTHERS
By booking on behalf of other participants, you are the designated contact person. You are responsible for making all payments, notifying the Tour Operator of changes, and keeping your party informed.
You warrant that you have obtained all required consents for other participants. The Tour Operator is not liable for errors in information provided by you.
3. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
Special requirements (dietary, mobility, etc.) must be disclosed at booking. While we use reasonable efforts to accommodate, these do not form part of the legal contract. Any special requests or requirements do not form part of these Terms and the Tour Operator is not liable for any failure to fulfill such requests.
4. AGE REQUIREMENTS
Minors (under 18) must be accompanied by an adult. Minimum age is 12 unless otherwise stated. Adults are jointly responsible for the behavior and wellbeing of minors on their booking. The Tour Operator does not provide care services for minors.
5. MANDATORY INSURANCE
YOU MUST HAVE TRAVEL INSURANCE with a minimum medical, evacuation, and repatriation coverage of US$200,000. This must cover personal injury and emergency medical expenses while traveling.
6. PRICES & SURCHARGES
Prices include taxes. We reserve the right to impose surcharges (fuel/taxes) if the increase exceeds 2%. If the increase exceeds 7%, you may cancel without penalty within 14 days of notice.
7. VALIDITY
Itineraries and prices are subject to change. Please check the website at least 72 hours prior to departure for any minor updates that may have been made after the time of booking.
8. DEPOSITS
A non-refundable deposit is due at booking. For bookings within 60 days of departure, full payment is required immediately.
