Day 3

ATLAS MOUNTAINS
Following your delicious breakfast, you will be picked up from your hotel by your local mountain guide for your journey into the High Atlas Mountains. The High Atlas, situated to the south of Marrakech, is the highest and most extensive range of mountains in North Africa. Its highest peak, Mt Toubkal (Jebel Toubkal), is Africa's highest mountain north of the equator and is just one of the many draws of this enchanting range, characterized by stark peaks, verdant cultivated valleys, adobe brick villages, and a way of life that has hardly changed in centuries.
From Imlil, which lies at the base of Jebel Toubkal, you will walk with your guide for around 2-3 hours up to a small village where you will have a traditional tagine lunch at a Berber lodge. The characterful home-cooked Moroccan meal is laid-back and cozy. After lunch, you could head back down the mountains to your hotel, take further hikes exploring with your guide, or simply relax on the roof terraces at a Berber lodge.

Overnight in Kasbah Tamadot.

Day 5

AGAFAY DESERT - MARRAKECH
This morning, you will meet the instructor with your two-seater desert buggy to venture further into the Agafay Desert, exploring oases and dry river beds in this lunar landscape. The Agafay is the perfect environment for this machine as it combines fast tracks with some technical rocky landscapes. All equipment is provided, as well as a comprehensive safety briefing. We recommend that you wear long pants and closed shoes for riding the buggies. Bring sunglasses, a light jacket, and maybe a scarf that you can use to cover your face against sand and dust.

This afternoon, you will be transferred back to Marrakech for 45 minutes where you will check in at your next hotel.

Situated in the heart of Marrakech, the red, ochre, and pink oasis town of South Morocco, the Royal Mansour Hotel provides a lesson in how to fuse modern comfort and luxury with old-world opulence and heritage. Ornate flourishes, intricate patterns, and rich colors can be found across the property. However, none are gaudy or forced, and each adds to the cultivated atmosphere of traditional and elegant grandeur. Each of the hotel's 53 private residence riads is expansive, featuring warm color palettes and boasting supreme luxury. The Royal Mansour provides guests with a serene oasis to return to after a hectic day of explorations and adventures.

Overnight in Royal Mansour Hotel, Superior Riad for 3 nights.
